Refund Policy

At Salima & Sage Apothecary, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. Because our products are handcrafted with care using natural ingredients, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for used or opened items. However, we’re committed to making things right if you experience any issues with your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at Herbalmed@salimaandsage.biz with your order number and a photo of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Herbal teas

  • Tinctures

  • Skincare and body care products

  • Capsules and supplements

  • Custom or made-to-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will happily send a replacement or issue store credit.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
